When you make the decision to sell your home, one of the first things you’ll want to do immediately is to make up an advertising flyer for your home.  Beyond contact information, many wonder what to include.  Some information is necessary on the advertising flyer and other information may drive potential buyers away.  The key is in simply knowing what you should and should not include.
